είστε ικανοποιημένοι με την ποιότητα του προϊόντος, μπορείτε είτε να ζητήσετε μείωση της τιμής που
πληρώσατε είτε να επιστρέψετε το προϊόν σε αντάλλαγμα για την τιμή του.
Ως πελάτης μας, δικαιούστε αποζημίωση εάν το προϊόν που σας πουλήσαμε είναι ελαττωματικό ή κακής
ποιότητας. Εάν έχετε λάβει ένα ελαττωματικό προϊόν, μπορείτε να στείλετε ένα αίτημα αλλαγής ή
επιστροφής. Κάθε αίτημα επιστροφής πρέπει να περιέχει τις ακόλουθες πληροφορίες: όνομα προϊόντος,
αριθμό προϊόντος, περιγραφή ελαττώματος, αριθμό τηλεφώνου και πληροφορίες επικοινωνίας. Αφού
λάβουμε το αίτημα για επιστροφή, θα σας στείλουμε οδηγίες για το πώς να προχωρήσουμε. Είναι
υποχρεωτικό να διατηρήσετε την απόδειξη αγοράς, το τιμολόγιο και την κάρτα εγγύησης του
προϊόντος. Διατηρούμε το δικαίωμα να μην προβούμε σε αλλαγή η επιστροφή χρημάτων εάν ο πελάτης δεν
αποδείξει ότι το προϊόν αγοράστηκε από εμάς (εάν δεν υπάρχει απόδειξη, τιμολόγιο ή κάρτα εγγύησης).
