This website is intended exclusively for adults who are interested in the type of products sold through this online store.

XBUNNYLOVE, in accordance with the requirements of Law 677/2001 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, amended and supplemented, is obliged to manage securely and only for the specified purposes, the personal data you provide us with about you. This website uses cookies to provide a complete shopping experience and to be able to provide chat - customer support - by browsing its pages or by submitting an order confirming that you agree to its use.

Placing orders

Placements are a form of contract by which we are obliged to provide the requested items within 30 days of placing the order or the payment date (if different). You can withdraw from an order placed within 14 days of receipt, in writing using the contact page of this website, indicating the order number.

Payment of orders

Orders can be paid for by debit or credit card via stripe. This way you can pay online with your personal card or business card, with complete security. Well-known cards are those issued by VISA (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD (including Maestro). Payment is based on a secure electronic transaction processing system that offers privacy, security and simplicity in purchasing products and services over the Internet. Card processing is done exclusively through a bank, our store does not request or store information about your card. Important to know! - There are no fees for payments by bank card.

Order delivery

Products are delivered EXCLUSIVELY via express courier. The estimated delivery time by express courier in Bucharest and nationwide is 1-3 days from the date of shipment, but since it is a service provided by another company, the delivery time cannot be guaranteed by us. The delivery cost is calculated dynamically depending on the weight of the package that will contain your order.

If the package has been shipped and has not been picked up by the courier, this payment option will be disabled. You will still be able to order, but you will have to pay in advance by card payment, bank transfer or PayPal (Eur).

The courier will make two delivery attempts in two consecutive business days. If the delivery is not successful on these two days, you will have to pick up the order at the courier's office. There are no deliveries on Saturdays or public holidays.

Deliveries can be made within the territory of Romania or to any of the EU member states. We are sorry, but we do not ship outside this area.
Product Warranty

All products come with a 12-month warranty. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us of any non-conformities or defects. This request can only be made by email. Exceptions to the general warranty are inflatable products where the 12-month warranty only applies to the valve that controls the pressure, because we cannot know with our knowledge if the product was over-inflated or punctured by mistake - it is not covered by the warranty.

We will send a replacement within 14 calendar days in case of non-conformity. Products sold are not repaired. To claim a warranty on a product, please send the defective product along with the original invoice for discovery. If it is confirmed that the product does not have its normal characteristics, we will proceed with its replacement excluding shipping costs. Shipping costs for the return of the defective product will be paid by you.

We undertake to use the most relevant images of the products sold, provided that they are available from our suppliers. The photos do not create contractual terms.
